If you are new to Creative Wellness and this is your 1st Massage Therapy appointment be sure to come 15 minutes early to fill out your new client paperwork
Phase 1. If you are booking a massage therapy appointment for which you will pay, you may book that appointment online. In addition, if you have *MESSA/Blue Cross coverage (existing patients only), you may book the MESSA/Blue Cross Package online and for Chiropractic care, you may book a Chiropractic follow up (existing patients only) appointment. These are the ONLY services available to book online at this point.
If you have any other INSURANCE for Massage Therapy (IE: Worker's Comp, Auto) or a DONATION Gift Certificate you will need to CALL our office 517-351-9240 to schedule your appointment, they cannot be booked Online.
*MESSA Package is the ONLY way that patients with MESSA/Blue Cross insurance can book online. If you have MESSA/Blue Cross insurance and intend for it to cover the cost of your appointments you cannot book Massage Therapy and Chiropractic services individually from our book online service. You must book the MESSA Package or unfortunately you will be charged directly for both services.
