Your child will learn simple meditation and mindfulness techniques in this 4 week intro class. They will practice techniques for focusing and quieting, developing an open mind and appreciation, learning self-acceptance, caring, and dealing with the ever-increasing allure of technology. Taught using games, fun exercises, and humor to make this a fun experience for kids.

Continuing Meditation for Adults

Couples Massage 
This class teaches couples the proper way to perform therapeutic techniques simply and easily to give your partner relief, comfort, and contentment. By focusing on form, body position, and specific locational work you will add skills that will benefit both you and your partner for years to come. Ladies, please wear halter/swimsuit to have your back open for work and gentlemen will receive portions of the treatment shirtless.

Stretching & Foam Rolling 
We all know the importance of maintaining our flexibility. Having a solid stretching routine to do post exercise is just as important as the exercise routine itself. Come learn a comprehensive stretching and foam rolling routine. If you already own a foam roller and are unsure how to use it properly bring it with you. If you do not currently own a foam roller they will be available for purchase.

Beginning Tai Chi 
Beginning Classical Yang Tai Chi is a ten-week introduction in which participants will learn the first 15 movements of this ancient Chinese art. The slow and gentle meditative movements of this Long Form of Yang-style Tai Chi will help relieve tension, increase balance, and improve health. It also has self-defense applications and is an excellent exercise for people of all ages.

Yoga for Stress Relief 
Life brings challenge, loss, and also great joy. In this series of 4 classes you will learn yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditations you can use to relieve stress and live with an open heart.
Candy Kokinakis has practiced yoga for over 3 decades and taught hundreds of students. She is a certified Kripalu Yoga teacher who incorporates her experience of many other yoga traditions and currently studies with teachers Angela Farmer, Kim Rosen, and Mirka Scalco Kraftsow.
