This class teaches couples the proper way to perform therapeutic techniques simply and easily to give your partner relief, comfort, and contentment. By focusing on form, body position, and specific locational work you will add skills that will benefit both you and your partner for years to come. Ladies, please wear halter/swimsuit to have your back open for work and gentlemen will receive portions of the treatment shirtless.

Beginning Classical Yang Tai Chi is a ten-week introduction in which participants will learn the first 15 movements of this ancient Chinese art. The slow and gentle meditative movements of this Long Form of Yang-style Tai Chi will help relieve tension, increase balance, and improve health.
