Tim Bernath-Plaisted began his journey with T’ai Chi at the age of 17, in 1975, under the instruction of Master David Leung. Upon seeing Tim’s commitment and love for the art, Master Leung realized Tim’s potential and set him on the course toward becoming an instructor. By 1978 Tim was teaching his own classes in Leung’s Martial Art studio, and in 1985 received a full certification as a senior instructor. Tim is known for creating an easy and relaxed environment in his classes, and for his patient and respectful style of teaching.
