Anne Fedewa Subrizi, Marketing Director

Anne Subrizi brings more than 25 years of marketing and advertising experience to Creative Wellness. A Washington, DC, native, Anne moved to East Lansing at a young age, where she attended both East Lansing High School (class of ’84) and MSU (’88). After receiving her BA in Advertising from MSU, she returned to DC, where she joined the fast-paced world of international marketing and advertising. She quickly made a name for herself, and during almost 20 years in DC, worked with some of the country’s largest and most prestigious ad agencies, managing national accounts for such well-known brands as GEICO and Mobil Oil, among many others. 

But it was her work on one account in particular—Children’s National Medical Center—that set Anne on what she now considers her true path. Because it was while working on that account that she came across an article in a medical journal that profoundly moved her; it was about premature infants and the ways in which skilled massage was easing their suffering and enhancing and prolonging their lives. Well, it wasn’t long before Anne realized that what she actually wanted to do (what “I was supposed to be doing,” as she puts it with characteristic Midwestern simplicity and authenticity) was “focus on helping people live fuller and longer lives. Because that’s what matters.” And it was this realization that led her back to East Lansing to join Creative Wellness. 

A Spartan through and through, Anne is also a gourmet cook, and enjoys nothing more than preparing —and then sitting down to enjoy—a wholesome, healthy, and delicious family dinner with her husband and two boys.
